Thai Airways to form separate property and leasing companies

Thai Airways confirmed plans to establish two new companies, a property fund and an aircraft leasing concern, to allow the carrier to concentrate more comprehensively on its primary air transportation business (Bangkok Post, 10-Oct-2009). The companies will eventually be separated from the carrier.
