Security warnings unlikely to affect bookings: Lufthansa

Lufthansa stated a recent US State Department travel alert related to a possible terrorist threat in Continental Europe is unlikely to affect its forward bookings (Bloomberg, 04-Oct-2010). Lufthansa stated that the current assessment from "relevant ministries and agencies" is that there is no threat. The Japanese Government also issued an alert over a possible threat (Shanghai Daily, 05-Oct-2010).
