Saint Petersburg Pulkovo Airport pax up 10% in Sep-2014

Russia's Saint Petersburg Pulkovo Airport reported (10-oct-2014) a 9.9% year-on-year increase in passenger numbers to 1.4 million in Sep-2014, including a 22.9% increase in domestic passengers to 665,816 and a 0.3% increase in international passengers to 738,808. Aircraft movements increased 11.2% to 13,816. The airport noted Rossiya remained the largest carrier at the airport, transporting 514,455 passengers, an increase of 11%. Ural Airlines transported 43,129 passengers, recording the highest growth of 46%. The most popular foreign destinations were Antalya, Larnaca, Frankfurt, Barcelona and Hurghada.
