Royal Air Maroc and STTS Group establish aircraft painting JV

Royal Air Maroc and STTS Group signed (18/21-Jul-2014) an MoU to establish a JV specialising in aircraft painting based at Morocco's Casablanca Mohammed V Airport. Royal Air Maroc will hold a 50.1% stake in the company and STTS will hold 49.9%. The company represents an investment of MAD35 million (USD4.2 million). STTS Group will provide operational management for the JV. The company is expected to employ 50 staff and commence operations in Sep-2014.
