Republic Airways, United Airlines reach comprehensive agreement on long-term commercial relationship

Republic Airways Holdings reached (27-May-2016) a "comprehensive" agreement with United Airlines on a long-term commercial relationship on 27-May-2016. The parties anticipate that the motion filed on 27-May-2016 will be heard before the Honorable Sean Lane on 25-May-2016. The amended agreement would allow Republic to continue operating all 54 Embraer E170 and E175 aircraft for United on an uninterrupted basis, as well as all future Embraer aircraft through term extensions and further deliveries of E175 aircraft under revised new delivery schedules.
