Qatar Airways to launch to Hanoi, expand HCMC service

Qatar Airways announced plans to increase capacity to Vietnam, launching four times weekly Doha-Bangkok-Hanoi service and increasing frequency to Ho Chi Mihn City from Nov-2010 - see Route Changes Table for more information (Online PR News, 25-Jun-2010). The carrier commenced service to Vietnam in Mar-2007. Qatar Airways' expansion will boost its weekly services to Vietnam to 11. The route to Hanoi is one of the six that Qatar Airways will open over four months starting Oct-2010, with the expansion to increase its network to more than 95 destinations by Jan-2011.
