Qantas considering sale and leaseback of Sydney Airport Terminal 3

Qantas is reportedly considering selling and leasing back Sydney Airport's Terminal 3 (T3) (Bloomberg, 25-Nov-2009). The carrier previously planned to sell the terminal in 2006, but cancelled plans as bids reportedly did not meet its expectations of AUD500 million.
