Osaka Kansai International Airport announces lower Aug-2011 traffic

Japan's Osaka Civil Aviation Bureau announced the following traffic highlights for Osaka Kansai International Airport in Aug-2011:

Passenger numbers: 1,384,929, -3.5%;
- Domestic: 403,095, -3.9%;
- International: 981,834, -3.4%;
Cargo volume: 56,665 tonnes, -4.8%;
- Domestic: 3406, +3.9%;
- International: 53,259, -5.4%.
