Osaka airport's role should be downscaled: MLIT

Japan's MLIT Minister, Seiji Maehara, stated 13-Dec-2009, it is important to maintain Osaka International Airport although its functions should be scaled down and integrated with those of Kansai International Airport.(Kyodo News, 14-Dec-2009).
