'No approach' yet to buy government’s Aer Lingus stake

Ireland's Department of Finance dismissed rumours it has been approached by a consortium of investors interested in acquiring the government's 25% stake in Aer Lingus (Irish Independent, 04-May-2011). Ryanair, Aer Lingus' largest single shareholder, has also stated it would be interested in acquiring the government's stake.
