Nigerian aviation unions concerned at poor state of airports

Nigeria's Aviation Unions and Professional Associations (CAUPA) criticized the federal government over the proliferation of airports in the country without commensurately up-scaling standards in the industry (All Africa, 27-Jan-2011). The union says navigational aids, aeronautical communications facilities, aircraft maintenance, training, expatriate quota employment, retrogressive government policies are issues that require particular attention.
