US' New York Newark Liberty International Airport announced the following traffic highlights in Jul-2011:

  • Passenger numbers: 3,369,143, +5.0%;
    • Domestic: 2,166,823, +7.5%;
    • International: 1,202,320, +0.7%;
  • Cargo volume: 70,858 tonnes, -7.6%;
    • Freight: 64,228, -8.9%;
      • Domestic: 40,731, -12.2%;
      • International: 23,497, -2.7%;
    • Mail: 6,630, +8.0%;
  • Aircraft movements: 37,332, +4.1%;
    • Domestic: 26,985, +5.5%;
    • International: 9239, +1.0%.
