Finnair finalises deal to sell 60% of Nordic Regional Airlines to StaffPoint and Kilco for EUR1

Finnair finalised (04-Nov-2015) a deal to sell 60% of Nordic Regional Airlines to StaffPoint Holding and Kilco Oy for EUR1, replacing a Jan-2015 MoU to sell the stake to Staffpoint and G W Sahlberg (GWS). Following the transaction, which requires clearance from Finland's competition regulator, Finnair will hold 40% of Nordic Regional Airlines, Staffpoint 45% and Kilco 15%.
