Milwaukee passenger traffic soars 24% in 2010

US' Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport announced it handled 9.8 million passengers in 2010, a 24% year-on-year increase. 2010 marked the first year the airport handled more than 8 million passengers. In Dec-2010, the airport served 774,341 passengers, a 6.4% year-on-year increase. Dec-2010 was the airport's 16th straight month of passenger growth.
