Memphis Airport announces 20% decrease in Jan-2012 pax, cargo up 3%

US' Memphis International Airport passenger numbers down 20.4% - traffic highlights for Jan-2012:

Passenger numbers: 548,854, -20.4% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 542,770, -19.9%;
- International: 6084, -50.1%;
Cargo volume: 311,672 tonnes, +2.8%;
- Freight: 311,607, +2.8%;
  - Domestic: 286,474, +2.0%;
  - International: 25,133, +12.9%;
- Mail: 65, +333.3%;
Aircraft movements: 22,734, -12.9%;
- Commercial: 12,470, -3.6%;
  - Domestic: 11,434, -3.4%;
  - International: 1036, -5.6%.
