MAp completes internalisation

Australia's MAp announced (16-Oct-2009) all necessary steps have been implemented to complete the internalisation of MAp's management, resulting in a number of corporate governance and administrative changes:

• John Roberts has been appointed as a Director;
• Christine Williams and Dennis Leong have both resigned as company Secretary;
• MAp stapled entities have all adopted new constitutions, which have been released to the ASX. [more]
