London Stansted Airport reports busiest February since 2008 in 2015

London Stansted Airport reported (11-Mar-2015) a 24.6% year-on-year increase in passenger numbers to 1.5 million in Feb-2015, marking its busiest February since 2008. Rolling 12 month passengers increased 144% to 20.6 million, marking the highest annual growth rate of any major UK airport. Cargo volume increased 8.58% to 17,410 tonnes and aircraft movements increased 16.2% to 10,660.
