LAN Airlines reports passenger load factor down 5.0 ppts in Apr-2010

LAN Airlines reports (10-May-2010) the following traffic highlights in Apr-2010:

Passenger traffic: +0.1% year-on-year;
- Domestic (Chile, Argentina, Peru and Ecuador): +6.6%;
- International: -2.7%;
Passenger capacity: +7.1%;
- Domestic (Chile, Argentina, Peru and Ecuador): +5.3%;
- International: +7.9%;
Passenger load factor: 71.6%, -5.0 ppts;
- Domestic (Chile, Argentina, Peru and Ecuador): +74.6%, +1.0 ppts;
- International: 70.3%, -7.7 ppts;
Cargo traffic: +39.6%, (mainly due to the recovery in imports to Latin America driven by Brazil).
