Kansai International Airport Co reports mixed profits in FY2011

Japan's Kansai International Airport Co revenue down 1% - financial highlights for 12 months ended 31-Mar-2012:

• Revenue: JPY88,299 million (USD1118 million), -1.2% year-on-year;
• Operating profit: JPY17,770 million (USD225.0 million), -6.7%;
• Net profit: JPY8238 million (USD104.3 million), +12.5%;
• Passenger numbers: 13.9 million, -2.3%;
  • Domestic: 3.7 million, -0.7%;
  • International: 10.1 million, -2.9%;
• Cargo volume: 712,000 tons, -5.0%;
• Aircraft movements: 108,000, +0.9%.
