Japan records GDP growth of 4.2% in Sep-2010 quarter

Japan Finance Ministry stated GDP expanded at an annualised 4.2% in the Sep-2010 quarter (Bloomberg, 02-Dec-2010). Japanese capital spending, excluding software, rose 4.8% in the period. It was the first increase since the quarter ended Mar-2007.
