Japan MLIT reported (20-Sep-2012) the following traffic highlights for Jun-2012:

• Passenger numbers:
  • Domestic: 6.6 million, +13.1% year-on-year;
  • International: 1.2 million, +21.5%;
    • China: 258,161, +18.2%;
    • South Korea: 155,663, +40.8%;
    • Rest of Asia: 369,700, +26.7%;
    • Americas: 145,187, +19.5%;
    • Pacific Ocean: 111,585, -1.7%;
    • Europe: 104,532, +19.1%;
    • Oceania: 9742, +42.4%;
• Passenger load factor:
  • Domestic: 60.1%, +0.2 ppt;
  • International: 77.1%, +6.4 ppts;
• Cargo volume:
  • Domestic: 69,242 tons, +0.9%;
  • International: 92,941 tons, +2.6%;
    • China: 15,155 tons, -1.9%;
    • South Korea: 4477 tons, +13.7%;
    • Rest of Asia: 35,635 tons, +2.0%;
    • Americas: 23,436 tons, +1.2%;
    • Pacific Ocean: 1503 tons, -7.0%;
