Japan Airlines' dismissed employees to file lawsuit

Japan Airlines Corp' former pilots and cabin attendants reportedly plan to file a lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court on 19-Jan-2011 seeking to nullify the carrier's decision to dismiss them as part of its rehabilitation efforts (Japan Times/Kyodo, 09-Jan-2011). Around 140 former employees will reportedly take part of the lawsuit and are among the 165 pilots and cabin attendants JAL dismissed as of 31-Dec-2010.
