Iran to take Switzerland to court over refusal to refuel Iran Air aircraft

Iran announced it plans to take Switzerland to the United Nations International Court of Justice over its refusal to permit refuelling by Iran Air aircraft at Geneva (Xinhua, 24-May-2011). The Federal Office of Civil Aviation of Switzerland reportedly announced last week that Iran Air would not be allowed to refuel at Geneva airport.
