Iran Aviation Finance: Iran investing to relieve slot congestion and cut fuel costs for airlines

Iran Minister of Roads & Urban Development Dr Abbas Akhoundi, at the CAPA Iran Aviation Finance Summit, reported (18-Sep-2016) more than USD250 million has already been invested in improving Iran's aviation infrastructure in 2016. Dr Akhoundi noted that reducing slot limitations at congested airports and lowering airline fuel costs is important to developing flights into Iran.
