Iran Air confirms agreement with Total for refuelling in Europe

Iran Air chairman and MD Farhad Parvaresh, speaking on the sidelines at the CAPA Iran Aviation Summit, confirmed the carrier reached an agreement with Total to supply fuel at airports in France, removing the need to carry additional fuel and make technical stops in Eastern Europe (IRNA/MNA/Press TV, 24-Jan-2016). Iranian aircraft may now also refuel in Amsterdam, Hamburg, London and Vienna and talks are underway with other fuel companies.
