Hainan Airlines to acquire HNA Group’s stakes in subsidiaries within three years

Hainan Airlines president Xie Haoming confirmed the airline will take over HNA Group's stakes in its subsidiaries within three years from 2012 to 2015, noting this includes stakes in Tianjin Airlines, West Air, Hong Kong Airlines, and Beijing Capital Airlines (aviator.aero/ wcarn.com, 23-May-2014). By 2017, the airline will also take over Grand China Air.
