Garuda optimistic about IPO stock sale

Garuda Indonesia was optimistic the market would absorb its stock as the IPO opened on 02-Feb-2011 despite a quiet market on the first day of offering (Antara News, 04-Jan-2011). The carrier stated the offering was not just conducted in Jakarta, but Aceh, Medan, Palembang, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan and Ujungpandang. The offering is scheduled to be made on 02, 04, 07 and 08-Feb-2011 from 9am to 4pm.
