Fly Romania confirms insolvency claim

Fly Romania confirmed (30-Sep-2014) it has filed for insolvency with Romania's Bucharest Court Civil Section VII, with Dinu, Urse si Asociatii SPRL appointed as interim trustee. The court has set a deadline of 30-Oct-2014 for claims by creditors, with a deadline for the verification of claims of 21-Nov-2014.
