FedEx Express says issue of childcare is yet to be fully addressed in aviation industry

FedEx Express MD regulatory affairs Nancy Sparks, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit, said (28-Apr-2015) the issue of childcare is yet to be fully addressed in the US work environment, including in the aviation industry. Runway Girl Network editor and publisher Mary Kirby said childcare plays an inhibitive role for women in the US.
