FedEx Express SVP and general counsel Rush O'Keefe, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit, said (28-Apr-2015) any changes in open skies agreements between the US and other countries have the potential to impact jobs at cargo carriers to a greater degree than passenger airlines.
