Etihad to commence 'all-economy' service

Etihad Airways confirmed (28-Oct-2010) it would commence operating its first all-economy aircraft next week. The A320 will be configured to carry 162 economy-class passengers, an increase of 42 from current economy capacity. From 31-Oct-2010 the all-economy aircraft will be operating to Alexandria, Colombo, Damascus, Thiruvananthapuram, Calicut and Peshawar. [more]
