Doha Hamad International Airport 1Q2015 passenger traffic rose 17% year-on-year, according to airport executive director Badr Al Meer (The Peninsula/Al Sharq, 25-May-2015). Since it opened in May-2014, the airport has handled 28 million passengers and 189,000 aircraft movements.
