Dallas/Fort Worth pax traffic up 3.8% in Jul-2011

US' Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport announced the following traffic highlights in Jul-2011:

  • Passenger numbers: 5,558,910, +3.8%;
    • Domestic: 4,993,208, +4.3%;
      • Low cost carriers: 394,607, +33.3%;
    • International: 591,937, +4.4%;
      • Low cost carriers: 18,659, +31%;
    • Low cost carriers: 413,266, +33.2%;
  • Cargo volume: 54,138 tonnes, -12.2%;
    • Freight: 50,332.5, -11.6%;
    • Mail: 3,806.5, -18.6%;
  • Aircraft movements: 57,187, +1.1%.
