Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport pax up 2%, cargo up 6% in Feb-2014

US' Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport passenger numbers up 2% - traffic highlights for Feb-2014:

• Passenger numbers: 4.5 million, +1.6% year-on-year;
• • Domestic: 4.0 million, +1.3%;
  • • Low cost carriers: 215,853, +4.3%;
  • International: 470,373, +4.9%;
  • • Low cost carriers: 5368, +171.2%;
• Cargo volume: 49,215 tons, +6.2%;
• Aircraft movements: 49,325, -3.3%.

The airport also reported (22-April-2014) total LCC passengers increased 5.9% to 221,221 during the month.
