Continental Director of Corporate Communications for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Nick Britton, stated the delivery of B787 equipment to the carrier in Aug-2011 will widen the scope for new routes (ABTN, 25-Jun-2010). Mr Britton added the delays to B787 deliveries have been a disappointment for the carrier, adding: "We obviously hoped we would be able to do some of the things that we are now talking about a bit earlier."
