Cimber Sterling owners partially released from lock-up commitment

Cimber Sterling Group stated (07-Jul-2010) the owners of the group, the Nielsen family, have been partially released from its lock-up commitment and sold the following additional shares to Karsten Ree Holding:

  • Bardin: DKK416,667 (EUR55,900);
  • Koch & Nielsen: DKK416,666 (EUR55,900);
  • Helenia Holding: DKK 416,667 (EUR55,900).

Following these transactions, shareholding in the group is as follows:

  • Bardin: 12.27%;
  • Koch & Nielsen: 12.27%;
  • Helenia Holding: 12.27%;
  • Karsten Ree Holding: 13.75%.

SEB Enskilda granted consent to the transactions irrespective of the lock-up agreement and approved the sale of an aggregate of up to 250,000 additional shares in the company. [more]
