Chicago seeks federal approval to use USD1.4bn in future ticket tax revenue

US' City of Chicago reportedly plans to seek federal approval to use USD1.4 billion in future ticket tax revenue from a USD4.50 passenger facility charge for the construction of three runways and several taxiways as part of the O'Hare Modernisation Programme for Chicago O'Hare International Airport (Crain's, 07-May-2010).
