Cathay Pacific granted immunity in UK Office of Fair Trading investigation

UK Office of Fair Trading (OFT) issued a Statement of Objections to Virgin Atlantic and Cathay Pacific in relation to past pricing practices in the UK concerning certain passenger air transportation services between London and Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific has applied for and been granted immunity from any financial penalty by the OFT in relation to this matter, conditional upon Cathay Pacific's full cooperation with the investigation.
