Cambodia Bayon Airlines orders 20 MA60s

Cambodia Bayon Airlines and Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) signed (21-Aug-2014) an aircraft purchase agreement for 20 MA60s, including two firm and 18 LoIs, for USD450 million. The two firm orders will be delivered by year-end. As previously reported, Cambodia Bayon Airlines was officially established on 21-Aug-2014, becoming the second airline licensed for regular domestic services in Cambodia after Angkor Air. The carrier is expected to receive its air operator's licence and commence domestic operations by the end of the year. [more - original PR - Chinese]
