Boeing announces 142 orders, commitments and disclosures at Paris Air Show

Boeing announced (23-Jun-2011) 142 aircraft orders and commitments, including orders listed but previously undisclosed in the manufacturer's order book, at the 2011 Paris Air Show. The orders and commitments are valued at USD22.1 billion. [more]

  • Air Lease Corp: Six B737-800s;
  • Norwegian Air Shuttle: 15 B737-800s;
  • Undisclosed customer: 2 B747-8Is;
• Commitments:
  • Air Lease Corp: 14 B737-800s, plus four options. Five B777-300ERs and four B787-9s;
  • GECAS: Two B747-8Fs and eight B777-300ERs;
  • UTAir: 33 B737-800s and seven B737-900ERs;
  • Undisclosed customer: 15 B747-8Is
• Customer disclosures:
  • Aeroflot: Eight B777-300ERs;
  • Malaysia Airlines: 10 B737-800s;
  • MIAT Mongolian Airlines: Two B737-800s and one B767-300ER;
  • Qatar Airways: Six B777-300ERs.
