Air India celebrate 20th 787

Air India and Boeing celebrated (31-Mar-2015) the airline's milestone delivery of its 20th 787 from Boeing's final assembly facility in North Charleston. Air India chairman and MD Rohit Nandan said: "Taking delivery of our 20th 787 Dreamliner marks an important day for Air India". The new 787 also features the Star Alliance livery, Air India's - and the world's - first 787 to do so. The airline has ordered 27 787s, with seven more scheduled to be delivered. [more - original PR]
