Atlas Air receives seventh 747-8F

Atlas Air Worldwide received (06-Dec-2012) its seventh Boeing 747-8F and placed it into service with DHL Express in Asian and trans-Pacific markets, replacing 747-400F equipment. The aircraft will be operated by Atlas Air in the Polar Air Cargo network for the benefit of DHL Express and other Polar Air Cargo customers. Atlas Air expects to receive two more 747-8Fs in 1H2013.
