Atlant-Soyuz considering joining Rosavia

Atlant-Soyuz owner, the Moscow City Government, announced plans for the carrier to participate in Rosavia, a new Russian carrier formed from the merger of the Air Union carriers and several other regional airlines, under the ownership of Russian Technologies (Moscow Times, 10-Sep-2009).
