All Nippon Airways becomes largest shareholder in StarFlyer

All Nippon Airways agreed (14-Dec-2012) to acquire a 16.61% stake in StarFlyer from DCM IV LP, increasing its stake in StarFlyer to 17.97% and making it the largest shareholder in the Japanese regional carrier. ANA and StarFlyer formed a business alliance in 2005 and have codeshared on select domestic services since 2007. [more - original PR - Japanese]
