Alitalia has enough funds to support operations in 2009 and 2010

Alitalia CEO, Rocco Sabelli, told a hearing of the Italian Transport Committee of the Lower House, that the carrier has enough funds to support its operations in 2009 and 2010 (Dow Jones, 23-Sep-2009). Chairman, Roberto Colaninno, added that the worst is over for Alitalia, but acknowledged that the carrier still has a lot of work to do to bring the airline back to good health.
