AirAsia still planning dual listing of shares in Thailand

AirAsia CEO, Tony Fernandes, stated the carrier is still planning a dual listing of shares in Thailand, despite the country's political crisis (Bernama, 20-May-2010). Mr Fernandes stated the listing would happen once the country shows signs of recovery, but there is no timeframe or schedule for the move. The CEO also stated that Thai AirAsia has had a good sales period, but this has fallen in the past two months. However, he is confident the carrier will "bounce back" as the "power of recovery in Asia is strong as we have undergone many crises before".
