Air Canada wins over bond investors

Air Canada announced it is wining over bond investors by paying down debt and showing it can lure US business travellers bound for Asia (Bloomberg, 18-Feb-2011). Reportedly the extra yield investors demand on the carrier's five-year USD bond over federal debt has narrowed twice as much as bonds issued by US carriers in the past three months.
