Air Canada seeks to raise its foreign ownership level

Air Canada is reportedly seeking to increase its foreign ownership level after the Canadian Transportation Agency announced plans to raise the foreign ownership limit to 49% next spring from 25% (Globe and Mail, 09-Oct-2009).
