Aeroflot signs deal with Sberbank Leasing for delivery of 10 SSJ100 in Apr-2015

Aeroflot signed (17-Nov-2014) a leasing contract with Sberbank, Sberbank Leasing and Sukhoi for delivery of ten SJ100 aircraft, as confirmed by Sberbank Leasing. Sbebank Leasing CEO Dmitry Eroshok said: "One of the largest deals in financing of Russia's aviation equipment was signed, simultaneously creating new prospects for SSJ100 leasing. This contract signifies our strategic partnership with Aeroflot - an enterprise that significantly contributes to the domestic economy and aviation, and once again proves our active stand in supporting domestic aviation." Sukhoi president Ilya Tarasenko said: "Delivery of ten SSJ100 aircraft to Aeroflot is a key stage in confirmation of the aircraft's position within the Russian market, reflecting a new phase in the partnership with the customer. Realisation of the phase through Sberbank Leasing allows us, in part, to begin realisation of our strategy for diversification of our client portfolio for aircraft."
