Aeroflot confirms LCC to operate as 'Pobeda' from 17-Nov-2014

Aeroflot confirmed (29-Oct-2014) its LCC subsidiary, formerly known as Byudgetniy Perevozchik, will launch operations on 17-Nov-2014 under the name Pobeda (Victory). Pobeda's Boeing 737-800NG aircraft will be branded with the new logo of the company. The carrier also launched its new website at www.pobeda.aero, with sales for reservations to open on 01-Nov-2014. Pobeda operate Moscow services to Belgorod, Kazan, Perm, Samara, Surgut, Tyumen and Yekaterinburg with plans to expand the route network as the fleet grows. The carrier plans to expand its fleet to include up to 40 aircraft by 2018 to be deployed on 45 routes. [more - original PR - English/Russian]
